About your Structural Integrator, Mihca

From corporate structure to human structure

I came to Structural Integration after a 25-year career in Human Resources working to bring more humanity into the workplace. While I was able to impact many individual careers with this human-centered approach, I often found my personal values at odds with the corporate bottom line.

At the height of my career, I hit a wall. My spirit was unfulfilled, my physical body was struggling, and I was in a state of deep burnout. I sought out a Structural Integrator to address my chronic headaches. That experience didn’t just help me resolve my pain, it reshaped my relationship with movement and my body. It became clear that my next chapter wouldn't be about transforming corporate systems, but about supporting individuals in finding ease in their own "systems"—their bodies.

Through my training and ongoing research, I’ve learned that true healing requires more than just manual therapy. It involves soothing the nervous system, shifting our internal dialogue, and reclaiming the ability to move spaciously and joyfully. This holistic Soma approach—acknowledging the inseparable link between mind and body—is the care I bring to my clients.

When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me rock climbing with my husband, getting lost in a good book, or enjoying a walk and a great meal with friends. Most of all, I cherish the time spent watching my twin daughters grow into their unique selves.
