11-Series
The Soma Structural Integration Series is an eleven-session container designed for whole-body unwinding and sustainable, long-term change. Rather than chasing isolated symptoms, we look at your body as a complete system, addressing specific regions in each session while continually balancing the whole. This systematic approach is especially effective for resolving chronic pain, clearing injury or habitual movement compensation patterns, and deepening your overall body awareness.
In our work together, progress is not always linear—relief can arrive in an instant or unfold gradually over time. Our ultimate goal is a tangible, observable shift in your baseline: how you move, feel, and inhabit your body daily. Beyond just physical relief, the Series builds the internal resources you need to return to this balanced home base whenever old habits resurface.
Single Sessions
Single sessions can be useful to determine whether Structural Integration is right for you and as a "tune up" in the year(s) following a full 11-Series.
However, the true goal of SI is to balance the whole body in the field of gravity which cannot be achieved in a single session.
Treatment Sessions /
Mini-Series
Multiple treatment sessions or a mini-series can be designed to target specific areas of tension or restriction to support immediate relief.
While these sessions offer an effective "reset" for acute issues, they serve as a powerful introduction to the deeper, more long-term transformations found in the full 11-series.
During a Session
Appointments are 90 minutes with approximately 60 - 75 minutes on the table.
Every touch has a specific intention, and your active participation is built into the process, so the changes we make on the table translate directly into how you move.
Body Reading
Every session starts with a visual assessment of your posture, alignment, and movement as well as a moment to check in with your own body awareness.
Manual Therapy
We use slow, intentional pressure to affect your fascial and nervous systems, which can feel deep and intense as we work to differentiate tissues.
Movement Education
You will be cued for movements that deepen the work and help your brain recognize the changes we’re initiating. Each session closes with additional movement education.
What to Wear
It is not appropriate to be naked since, unlike a massage, you will not be covered at all times with a sheet.
Bottoms
Underwear or stretchy shorts that allow access to the top of the thigh.
Tops
If covering breast tissue, tube tops provide the best access to shoulders and upper back; sports bras with minimal straps work as well.

Rates
Sessions are $180.
Payment is due at the time of service. Gratuity is not customary for structural integrators. I accept cash and checks (preferred), Venmo, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard).
We reserve a few sliding scale spots each month ($75 – $150) for clients experiencing financial hardship. If cost is a barrier to care, please reach out directly — I'd love to find a way to make this work.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, 24 hours’ notice is required in order to allow time to fill the empty session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged as a late cancel/no show and you are liable for the full session fee.
Arriving more than 20 minutes late to your appointment is considered and charged as a late cancel/no-show; we will not start a session if you are more than 20 minutes late.
Exceptions to this policy may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Insurance, FSA, HSA & Receipts
We do not submit information to or communicate with health insurance. Upon request, a receipt or superbill can be provided, complete with necessary codes, to submit to your insurance company.
If your insurance requires a referral, prescription, and/or a diagnosis from a doctor, please ensure you have this secured before your first scheduled session so you may submit it with the receipt from our session to your insurance, should they want both.
For the purpose of Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA), Structural Integration is generally a covered service as it's classified as massage.
PIP/MVA claims are accepted.
